All incoming 9th graders need to submit an up-to-date PHYSICAL EXAM (GDOE Medical Clearance), up-to-date SHOT RECORDS, and current PPD RESULTS. If your child is an incoming 9th grader from a school other than FBLGMS or VSABMS, you will also need to submit a completed enrollment packet.
